What is Going the Extra Mile 5K?

Going the Extra Mile 5K is a fundraiser that supports the ACTS Metro Outreach. The ACTS Metro ministry exists to assist people in need within our community. We seek to impact families and the homeless through our various outreaches. ACTS Metro focuses on the families of children within our local schools, where we support an Adopting a Family Food and Mentoring program, provide clothing for children, and sponsor an Adopt a Family program at Christmas. ACTS Metro also has an Adopt a Family Homeless Division and an Educational Division. These divisions help to improve the lives of families struggling within our community.
